The rumors are finally over. Square Enix USA will release Space Invaders Extreme and Arkanoid DS on June 17. And they only cost $19.99 a piece. You can’t go wrong with Space Invaders Extreme for that price. If you enjoy shooting aliens, Space Invaders Extreme is fantastic and it has a mild amount of synesthesia.

Interesting note about Arkanoid DS, Square Enix USA did not mention the paddle controller. Considering how Arkanoid DS is only being sold for $20, the accessory won’t be bundled with the game. Actually, Square Enix may not be selling them, which means importing might be the only solution.
The press release briefly mentions Taito’s work with Exit too. Is Square Enix considering publishing Exit DS internationally?
