Fuga: Melodies of Steel is set in the middle of a war. Before everything begins, the children of the town discover a buried Taranis tank. While the elders caution them against approaching it, it soon becomes their salvation. The Berman Army steals away the kids’ families. So, the group goes into the tank and goes after them.

CyberConnect2 also announced a digital Fuga: Melodies of Steel Deluxe Edition. This gives people a copy of the game and some virtual bonuses. For example, people can change the characters into swimsuits. There will also be some unspecified items to help you on the way. Outside of the game, you’ll be able to listen to the 15-track digital soundtrack or look at the 80-page art book.

There’s also a prequel video that shows how the kids discovered the tank. Itsuki Hoshi illustrated it. If you turn on closed captions, there’s an English translation.
