G.rev Is Making A 3DS Shooter, Introducing Kokuga

G.rev, the studio behind Wartech: Senko no Ronde and Strania (pictured), is working on their first Nintendo 3DS game. This week’s issue of Famitsu revealed Kokuga, a new top down shooting game with tanks.

Details about the shooting mechanics haven’t been leaked yet, but the game is said to have triangles with A-L in the center as marks for different stages. Kokuga supports download play for its four person multiplayer mode.

Kokuga is 40% complete and slated for release in spring 2012.
