Gaijinworks has just launched a Summon Night 5 Twitter campaign. Today is not only the day the opening animation for the English version of the game debuts, but the day the company attempts to influence Summon Night 5’s price via retweets.

Here’s how Gaijinworks’ two week endeavor works. The following message was tweeted by the company’s official account. If people retweet it and reach certain milestones, the price of the game will drop. The current price is $34.99. It will go to $33.99 at 250 retweets, $32.99 at 500, $31.99 at 1,000, $30.99 at 2,000, $29.99 at 4,000, and $28.99 at 5,000.

This Summon Night 5 retweet promotion is also accompanied by a contest. Gaijinworks is keeping track of everyone who retweets that message. If you retweet it before October 31 ends, you could be one of five people to win a PlayStation TV, DualShock 3 controller, and 8GB memory card. However, the contest bundle does not also include a copy of Summon Night 5.

Summon Night 5 doesn’t have a release date yet, but it should be coming to the PlayStation Portable before 2015 ends. It is also playable on the PlayStation Vita.
