Following gamescom 2023, HoYoVerse released an extended Zenless Zone Zero gameplay video. This built upon the one that appeared during Opening Night Live 2023 on August 22, 2023. It basically offers an additional five minutes of footage, which goes over battles, minigames, and other activities and features in the game.

The gamescom 2023 Zenless Zone Zero gameplay begins with a look at the city. After about 45 seconds of that, we get to see our avatar heading to the Business Car. This allows a player to go to different places, with places like Random Play, 141, Waterfall Soup, and Bardic Noodle shown as options. We then see the character head to Sixth Street to visit General Chop to buy some stat-enhancing meals. The selection in the teaser is Seafood Noodles, which increases HP by 15% and ice damage by 15% for 3,000 cash.

After that, the video looks at the Music Store. People can take part in Drive Tuning there. This seems to be a gacha of sorts, which people can use to get new parts. Next door to it is the God Finger arcade, run by Asha. The video then shows its Arcade and Event modes, with the Soul Hounds and Snake Duel minigames shown. Footage from both of them appear in the clip. Once that is done, some PM messages come up and lead to a new commission. The player character then heads to the Video Store, to start up the Hollow Deep Dive System. From there, the new trailer focuses primarily on combat footage.

Zenless Zone Zero will appear on PCs and mobile devices.
