Genshin Impact Chords of the Forest Web Event Begins

HoYoVerse announced a new Genshin Impact Chords of the Forest web event. This one is designed to celebrate the Sumeru region’s soundtrack. The goal is to properly play songs. If you do so successfully for the five songs, you get Primogems. However, there is a limit as to how many people can get the currency in-game, so it is best to take part as soon as possible. Five million can take part.

How to participate in Genshin Impact Chords of the Forest web event

First, you need to head to the official site for the web event. Though if you’re a PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 player, you’ll need to go through the console and an in-game message to do so. As long as you hit Adventure Rank 10, you’ll be able to take part.

Once you get to the page, you’ll be able to click the “begin performance” button to use a Vintage Lyre to play songs. For each track, you’ll see notes above, and you’ll need to press the correct buttons to play the song. After you do so, you’ll learn what song from Sumeru’s soundtrack it was and get a chance to “keep exploring” to play more songs.

The five tracks are “Settlement for Exiles,” “Polumnia Omnia,” “Benevolence Bequeathed,” “Ruins of Scorching Might,” and “Her Wishes.” After playing each one once, you can choose to “share to obtain Primogems.” You’ll then get a code you can enter in the game to get 40 Primogems.

Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and the Chords of the Forest web event runs until April 27, 2023.
