This year, the characters who appear in it are: Zhongli, Xiao, Eula, Albedo, Ganyu, Diona, and Tartaglia. Since streams of the previous concerts appeared on YouTube after they came out, it’s likely that you will be able to watch it online even if you can’t physically go to one of the cities above. As Fontaine only just came out, it’s unclear if any of the tracks from the new region will play during the concert. Genshin Impact is readily available on the PS4, PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices.
