Another Genshin Impact Special Program is about to appear ahead of the 3.8 version update. It will air at 5am PT/8am ET on Twitch. Then, an hour later at 6am PT/9am ET, it will show up on the official YouTube channel.
Usually, HoYoVerse’s announcement tweet features an image with hints as to which characters could show up on banners for the new version update. However, as shown in the one for North America below, no hints at hosts appear.

However, the Special Program images for other regions do suggest which characters could appear in the Genshin Impact 3.8 version update. The Japanese one below shows the five-star Zhongli and the four-stars Collei and Kaeya.

The Chinese one, highlighted at the top of this article, features Kaeya and Klee. that falls in line with leaks that suggested both of these two characters would be getting costumes in this update.
Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and the Special Program for 3.8 airs on June 23, 2023 at 5am PT/8am ET.
