A new Genshin Impact Zhongli trailer is here. Rather than focusing on what the upcoming Geo five-star polearm user can do in a fight, it looks at who he is. For people who haven’t progressed in the Liyue story arc, it’s a chance to meet and get to know a very prominent member of the community.
Much of the Zhongli: An Additional Expense Character Tale looks at him through the eyes of one of his Wangsheng Funeral Parlor coworkers, an undertaker named Ferrylady. He examines items, like pieces of Cor Lapis, a Noctilucous Jade, and a vase, then advises Ferrylady to buy them. His advisory role goes beyond to Wangsheng, though, as he even suggests going to Wanmin when Xiangling is around to act as a chef to Childe. (Yes, the Fatui member and cook both make cameos just after the one minute mark.)

Genshin Impact is available for the PlayStation 4, PC, and both Android and Apple iOS devices. It will also eventually head to the Nintendo Switch. The Childe Tartaglia banner, which also boosts the odds of pulling Beidou, Diona, and Ningguang, will run until December 1, 2020. After that, we should see the Genshin Impact Zhongli banner.
