As part of The Legend of Zelda’s 25th anniversary celebration, Nintendo is bringing The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords to DSiWare and when it comes out it will be free. When’s that? September, says Nintendo of Europe.
The downloadable Four Swords game is a port of the Game Boy Advance version originally bundled with The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (not included). Players can explore randomly generated dungeons together and compete for rupees. The Four Swords also introduced the shrinking cap, which grew to a bigger role in The Minish Cap.
Since The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords is a DSiWare title, Nintendo DSi, DSiXL, and Nintendo 3DS owners will be able to download it in September.
