Kadokawa Games announced that their upcoming PS4 and PS Vita RPG, God Wars: Future Past, will be delayed to Spring 2017 in Japan after their initial plans to release the game on February 23.

After getting feedback from players that got to check out the demo, the developers are working on the following improvements with the delay:

  • Battle tempo up, response improvements, and difficulty adjustments.

  • Controls and camera system improvements.

  • Interface parts that are difficult to understand will be improved.

God Wars: Future Past releases in Japan in Spring 2017 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. The game is headed to North America and Europe in early 2017, but we might possibly hear of a delay as well for the West.
