The humidifiers will be available in two variants. The original Godzilla Humidifier will breathe blue steam via LED color projection at ¥8,778 (~$57), and the Burning Godzilla Humidifier variant will literally turn it to fire red with a higher price tag of ¥9,878 (~$64).

Both of the newly revealed products will have the 改 Kai (Improved) mark to distinguish them from the initial releases that came out in 2017. The new versions will receive power via a USB-C cable instead of an AC adapter.

The owner will be able to adjust the themed humidifier’s settings, like sound volume and breathing frequency, by pressing buttons on its back fin. When the humidifier has run out of water, Godzilla will make thumping sounds to signify its automatic power off.

Shine has also published trailers for the new versions of the humidifiers on its YouTube channel:

More peculiar merchandise inspired by the eponymous kaiju monster had appeared earlier in 2025, such as the Godzilla Foot Hammer and Crocodile Dentist. Toho also worked with Bandai to release Digimon collaboration products like an exclusive digital pet toy, along with other kinds of merchandise like T-shirts and keychains.

The newly improved Godzilla Humidifiers will be available for purchase in Japan in late November 2025.
