Your role in Good Job is to try and work your way up the corporate ladder by performing tasks in your current department. (You’re also able to earn over 100 outfits for your avatar.) Some of the tasks shown in the trailer and screenshots involved watering flowers, cleaning up messes, driving a forklift, making deliveries, and getting office supplies where they’re needed. While these could be done elegantly, it’s more important to just get things done.

Here’s the Good Job Switch launch trailer, showing exactly what it is like when you have to do whatever possible, alone or with a friend, to get tasks done.

Good Job is immediately available for the Nintendo Switch.
