Finally, we know what that Gradius Arc trademark is for and it isn’t for another horizontal scrolling shooter. Gradius Arc: Legend of the Silver Wings, much like Irem’s R-Type Command series, is a tactics game.

This mobile phone game lets players customize a Vic Viper before it takes off for missions. Players use action points to move the ship on a grid and defeat enemies. By controlling as consort planes, friends can team up for multiplayer missions.
