Cygames announced all kinds of goodies including Granblue Fantasy new characters, skins, updates, and promotions. The news comes from day two of its Granblue Fantasy Fes 2020 celebration. We’ve detailed the major announcements below. (Thanks, Game Watch Impress!)
Granblue Fantasy new characters include Filene and a new version of Sandalphon. Both will be released before the end of 2020. The game will also release a new divine general in the form of Caundhula. Finally, new skins for the new year will celebrate Cain, Danua, and Athena. We’ve rounded up some screenshots below.
Cygames also detailed future updates for the massive mobile title. Granblue Fantasy will be celebrating its 7th anniversary next year. Here are the big announcements in the works for the commemorative year:
- Raising the player rank cap to 300.
- New bonuses for completing new goals.
- New multiplayer battle and weapons.
- New job, Masquerader
- New limit support abilities and login bonuses.
- New character song coming in February, “Robomi’s Song.”
- New original soundtrack with 14 songs, “Awakening.” On sale December 16, 2020.
To top things off, Cygames will hold a few promotions for the new year. From December 22, 2020 through January 5, 2021, players can enjoy some free gacha roulette spins. The promotion boasts up to 200 free spins every day, and players get 10 spins just for logging in daily. This event will be similar to what Granblue Fantasy held at the end of 2019. Cygames will hold another promo at the same time where players receive 1.5 times the RP and EXP, and some quests reduce the amount of AP needed by half, too.
There were even more announcements outside of the Granblue Fantasy new characters. Versus will receive some DLC fighters, too.
