Bandai Namco and Kadokawa announced a Grandista figure of Sadako from The Ring will debut on October 8, 2026. It will start off as a prize figure in Japanese arcades. However, we should see it worldwide like the noodle stopper figure of her and Bishoujo one, especially since the Amazon Banpresto store stocks others in the Grandista line.
This figure will be particularly imposing, as she’ll stand at almost 10 inches tall (25cm). However, for the official photos, Bandai Namco shared ones that offer a sense of scale and lighthearted approach in addition to the more serious ones. She’s depicted as standing and looking like she’s walking toward a victim, with her hands up and grasping in hopes of grabbing anyone who gets close. Her hair is completely covering her face. She also wears her white dress and is barefoot, as usual.
Here are the first photos of the Grandista Sadako figure.

There have been a lot of figures of The Ring character out this year. FuRyu released a cuter BiCute Bunnies version of her as a bunny girl. Bandai Namco shared a Banpresto bust of her that could be posed coming out of smartphones or TVs. CCP Japan’s turned to chibi versions of the horror icon.
The Grandista The Ring figure of Sadako will come to Japan on October 8, 2026. While the original movie and book appeared worldwide, the latest film Sadako DX was limited to a Japanese release.
