Hajime Tabata Offers A February 2019 Launch Window For JP Games

jp games image Back in November 2018, Luminous Productions’ Hajime Tabata resigned from the studio in Square Enix. He followed that up with the December 2018 announcement of JP Games, his new studio. Now, we have a better idea of when JP Games will open. On Facebook, Tabata said, "The official launch of JP Games will be around February 1."

The announcement was made following the release of some pictures of JP Games’ first office. Tabata showed off the plaques on the wall for his studio’s first location.

Previously, Tabata was targeting a January 2019 JP Games launch.

Tabata has not announced or hinted at any JP Games titles yet. However, his New Year’s message said that he hoped to meet fans’ expectations and is looking to "dive vigorously into [his] new work at hand."
