People living in Europe have a chance to get a special Meowth in Pokémon X, Y, Alpha Sapphire, and Omega Ruby. The Happy Hour Meowth arrives knowing the Happy Hour move that doubles the amount of prize money you will win from a trainer battle. To acquire it, people in the region must go to Mystery Gift and enter the code “HAPPY.” (Thanks, Serebii!)

The Happy Hour Meowth is a level 20 character. It has the Pickup ability, which means it may pick up items when it is a part of your party. Aside from Happy Hour, it also knows Bite, Fake Out, and Screech.

Pokémon X, Y, Alpha Sapphire, and Omega Ruby are immediately available for the Nintendo 3DS. An end date for the Happy Hour Meowth Pokémon distribution event has yet to be announced.
