A new trailer has been released for Harvest Moon: Light Of Hope Special Edition, Natsume’s first Harvest Moon installment to make it to the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. This release, which looks and plays a bit like Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories for Apple iOS devices, follows a farmer who ends up shipwrecked in a humble village. Their goal is to build up the a farm and town again, occasionally interacting with supernatural characters like the Harvest Goddess and Gorgan while doing so.

The Harvest Moon: Light Of Hope Special Edition spends a minute going over the game. We see animal husbandry, characters on a date, farming, cooperative caretaking with Soleil the fairy and more than a few interactions with bachelors and bachelorettes.

Harvest Moon: Light of Hope Special Edition is coming to the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in North America on May 29, 2018. It will arrive in Europe on June 22, 2018. Harvest Moon: Light of Hope is immediately available on the PC.
