Natsume has been answering questions about Harvest Moon: Light of Hope, its upcoming installment, via Facebook, and the latest round of responses offers a number of details regarding the game’s release. The company is hoping to release it by the end of this winter, however the PC version’s development is actually coming along faster than the console iterations. However, it is unclear if it will release ahead of or at the same time as the other versions. What is certain is that the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch versions will be available digitally and physically, while PC owners will only find it at Steam.

Two other details regarding the game have been discussed. Harvest Moon: Light of Hope will have festivals. One is an as-yet-unnamed one that has apparently been requested by fans. The Silky Donkey is the new animal. You do need to meet unspecified requirements to buy one. Once you have it, you can sell its fur.

Harvest Moon: Light of Hope is in development for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
