The really beautiful MMORPG Black Desert has released its final closed beta test preview video, which mostly centers around the really realistic harvesting system. They’ve also firmed up the final date for the closed beta test.
A close watch of the video above shows how detailed harvesting already is, with effects such as the thunk of a lumber axe juddering against the tree. You can also see a player struggling back into town laden with goods—though whether that’s part of an encumbrance system or just an effect isn’t clear.
The final beta test will go from September 17th to the 28th. The signup phase is from now till the 11th of September and you can read up more about that here.
Black Desert will be out for PC, with an open beta in November. The Western release will be some time in early 2016.
