Just last month, D3Publisher released a quirky 3DS game where you play as a girl who catches their cheating boyfriend red handed. Assault the Cheating Boyfriend! must have been pretty successful because a sequel with a new set of jerks is slated for release on March 6 as a Nintendo eShop download in Japan.

… which you can throw at your soon-to-be ex using the gyro sensor controls.

The goal of the game is to have enough evidence to point out contradictions to expose your boyfriend’s lies.

Mike, an 18 year old pick up artist from America, is one of the dudes you date.

You meet Mike in Shibuya when he was wandering around. He speaks in broken Japanese, but you decide to go with him because that’s charming. You’ve heard that foreigners are fast movers and as expected he asks you to hang out on the same day. You go over to his house and… are those traces of a girlfriend from America? You can’t let him get away with that, right?

Shoji is a 24 year old engineer.

Six months ago, you met Shoji at a group dating party. He’s a secretive guy and kind of shy. Up until this point, you haven’t even held his hand. Uncertain about Suguru’s intentions you decide to set the record straight.

Atsushi is a 22 year old actor wannabe/freeloader.

Atsushi has been your boyfriend for five years. His goal is to be an actor, but since work is unstable he doesn’t have any money. The little cash he has he spends on clothes, but you aren’t bothered by this because you want to support his dream. And then you discover he brought another woman into your room! Your patience has reached its limits, which means it’s time to confront him!
