Hello Kitty Fukuoka Museum Exhibition Detailed

Sanrio revealed the ticketing details for the upcoming When I Change, Kitty Changes Too Hello Kitty Exhibition being held at the Fukuoka Art Museum in Fukuoka, Japan throughout Summer 2025. The event organizer published a new press release explaining tickets and details about visiting the event, which it will start selling in April 2025.

Early-bird tickets for the exhibition will be available exclusively on Ticket Pia starting on April 12, 2025. These tickets will cost ¥3,000 apiece, but each of them will come with an exclusive acrylic stand set, as shown below. The organizers will afterward sell regular bonus-less tickets on multiple websites on April 26, 2025, at ¥1,800—with gradually reduced prices for students and younger visitors.

In addition, Fukuoka Broadcasting System’s webpage for the exhibition revealed that it is gradually setting up ticketing pages where people residing outside Japan can also buy regular tickets for the event. It has set up a page on kkday, which supports worldwide currencies with a discounted ticket price of $12.17 and additional language support in English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Thai besides Japanese. The organizers will also set up another global ticketing page on Klook, which supports Indonesian and Malaysian languages.

Fukuoka will be the third city in Japan to host the Hello Kitty Exhibition. The event appeared first in Tokyo from November 2024 until February 2025. As of April 2025, the second venue in the Okinawa prefecture is actively running until May 11, 2025. After Fukuoka, the exhibition will make another stop in Kyoto from late September 2025 until early December 2025. The exhibition’s primary site also teases an upcoming fifth venue in Nagoya.

The Hello Kitty Exhibition called When I Change, Kitty Changes Too will be held at the Fukuoka Art Museum from June 24, 2025 until August 31, 2025.
