Called the Loyal Three, the new trio Okidogi, Munkidori, and Fezandipiti will play a major role in The Teal Mask storyline. Interestingly, Game Freak is introducing a new “Toxic Chain” ability that is tied to the three Pokemon when used in battle. When one of them attacks, the trio has a chance of adding poison to their foes. Okidogi, Munkidori, and Fezandipiti are considered heroes of Kitakami island and will be celebrated in the DLC’s festival plotline.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are available on the Nintendo Switch, with The Teal Mask DLC launching on September 13, 2023.
