Here Are the Best Light Cones and Relics for Jingliu in Honkai: Star Rail

In Honkai: Star Rail, Jingliu is a fairly straightforward character, which can make it fairly easy to decide on what Relics or Light Cones you want to put on her. This frees her up for some unique and creative builds if you want to try and break the mold. Since her Crit Rate is what dramatically increases (as opposed to Blade’s HP-based DMG increase or Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae’s Crit DMG increase), her build really makes or breaks how your Jingliu feels in combat.

  • I Shall Be My Own Sword
As Jingliu’s signature Light Cone, this is obviously the best one for her kit. It increases Jingliu’s Crit DMG passively. Whenever someone other than her loses HP or is attacked, she gets a stack, further increasing her DMG (capping at 42%). At 3 stacks, she can ignore 12% of the enemy’s DEF. Jingliu can manually make her allies lose HP through her Talent, so she can almost always get her stacks back.
  • On the Fall of an Aeon
On the Fall of an Aeon increases the wearer’s ATK by 8% (stacking up to 4 times), as well as increases their DMG when they inflict Weakness Break. You can also think of this as a stat stick, since it’s a 5-star Light Cone. The best part of this Light Cone is that it’s entirely free, as you can obtain it through Herta’s Store.
  • The Moles Welcome You
This 4-star Light Cone gives the wearer a stack of Mischievous every time they use a Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate. Each stack increases their ATK by 12%. It’s a fairly good Light Cone for Jingliu, since the higher her ATK is, the better.
  • Nowhere to Run
As one of the Light Cones you can get through purchasing the Nameless Glory, this is fairly easy to get for non-F2P players. It increases the wearer’s ATK and restores HP whenever they defeat the enemy. It’s not very impressive, but as a 4-star, it boasts fairly good stats that you can use as a placeholder until you get something better.
  • Collapsing Sky
This is a 3-star Light Cone so this is more something you give her if you have literally nothing else. It increases Jingliu’s Basic ATK and Skill DMG by 20%. However, because it’s a 3-star, its stats are nothing to write home about.

Here are Some Relic Sets You Can Try For Jingliu

When choosing Relics for Jingliu, I recommend focusing on her ATK, Crit DMG, and SPD. You obviously want ATK and Crit DMG because she’s a DPS. She also wants lots of ATK so she can have a higher threshold when she absorbs her allies’ HP. SPD is to give her more turns to attack and regain Energy. You don’t really need to give her too much Crit Rate just because she has a base 40% increase when she enters Spectral Transmigration.

  • 4-pc Hunter of Glacial Forest
If you have enough Hunter Relics, this is a fairly good and solid set for Jingliu. It increases her Ice DMG, as well as raises her Crit DMG for 2 turns after she uses her Ultimate. Because of how much Crit Rate Jingliu can get from her Talent, you can focus instead on her Crit DMG.
  • 2-pc Musketeer of Wild Wheat, 2-pc Hunter of Glacial Forest
This is also a solid, albeit basic, combination. The 2-pc Musketeer Set raises Jingliu’s ATK and the 2-pc Hunter Set raises her Ice DMG. Jingliu doesn’t really need anything more than that.
  • 4-pc Genius of Brilliant Stars
The 2-pc Genius Set is of little use to Jingliu, so you need to get the 4-pc Set if you want to try and use this build. The 4-pc Genius Set allows her to ignore 10% of an enemy’s DEF (20% if they have a Quantum Weakness). This is another way for Jingliu to increase her overall DMG.
  • 4-pc Champion of Streetwise Boxing
Like the above Genius Set, the Champion Set needs to be 4-pc on Jingliu because she is not a Physical character. The 4-pc effect increases her ATK by 5% every time she attacks or is hit, capping at 25%.
  • Rutilant Arena
This is Jingliu’s best Planar Ornament Set. Again, because of how much of a boost to her Crit Rate she gets from her Talent (40% by default), she can easily hit the 70% requisite in her Spectral Transmigration state. This will increase her Skill DMG (and Basic Attack) by 20%.

Honkai: Star Rail is readily available on the PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. You can only pull for Jingliu in Honkai: Star Rail when the “Gentle Eclipse of the Moon” Character Event Warp is live.
