Here Are the Best Teams For Imaginary Trailblazer in Honkai: Star Rail

The Imaginary Harmony Trailblazer is a free unit all players will get as they play through the Version 2.2 story mission in Honkai: Star Rail, and it’s fairly good support for Break Effect-oriented teams. As a free character, you can get to E6 from playing the game; they are a good unit to invest in if you’re F2P.

The Harmony Trailblazer’s kit lets them work very well with characters like Xueyi (who wants Break Effect) and Sushang (who wants to attack enemies with their Weakness Broken). You can also use them with Physical or Fire DPS characters, as they deal more damage when they Break enemies.

You don’t have to limit yourself to Break Effect-oriented characters either, though. The Super Break DMG you can deal with after their Ultimate can rack up a lot of damage. You need to make sure you can actually Break an enemy’s Weakness.

Here are the Best Imaginary Trailblazer Teams in Honkai: Star Rail

  • Xueyi | Trailblazer (Harmony) | Ruan Mei | Gallagher
Because so much of Trailblazer’s kit revolves around increasing Break Effect and Breaking enemies, a party consisting of other characters who want Break Effect is very useful. Gallagher is the sustain, while Xueyi is the DPS. Trailblazer can support the whole party, as well as boost Ruan Mei’s performance.
  • Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae | Welt | Trailblazer (Harmony) | Luocha
This is a mono-Imaginary team that focuses on the enemy already having an Imaginary Weakness. If you want to use this against enemies that might not be Weak to Imaginary, you might need to replace Welt with Silver Wolf. Because Dan Heng, Welt, and Trailblazer will probably consume quite a bit of SP, Luocha is a good sustain due to his SP-positive kit. You can also replace Luocha with Aventurine and Dan Heng with Dr. Ratio for a similarly mono-Imaginary team.
  • Sushang | Pela | Trailblazer (Harmony) | Huohuo
This is a team that doesn’t require too many premium units and takes advantage of the Trailblazer’s Super Break DMG. Sushang has a lot of bonuses from Weakness Breaking enemies, such as a SPD boost and dealing additional DMG. This pairs well with Trailblazer. Pela is a support but you can replace her with someone like Asta if you want. Huohuo is a sustain who can help everyone regain their Energy faster (since everyone here has an Ultimate you want to use as often as possible), but you can always replace her with someone else if you don’t have her.
  • DPS | Trailblazer (Harmony) | Silver Wolf | Sustain
If you have Silver Wolf, you can use her to plant Weaknesses for your DPS or other characters to Break. This makes the Trailblazer a lot easier to bring around, as you won’t have to worry about if your party can’t Break an enemy. Unlike more generic supports like Ruan Mei or Tingyun, who can still work in a team even if you’re not taking full advantage of their kit, too much of Trailblazer’s utility comes from Super Break DMG and Break Effect for them to be on a team that can’t reliably Break an enemy.
