First, here is how Leviathan looks in Final Fantasy XVI The Rising Tide:

You can also catch glimpses of the Eikon in motion in the trailer for the DLC. There is also gameplay footage of Clive using its abilities.

Ahead of this latest art for Leviathan, Square Enix shared art of other Final Fantasy XVI The Rising TideDLC characters. One of them is Famiel, a character who debuted in Echoes of the Fallen and returns for more story segments. The other is Shula. Shula is actually from the Mysidia region and helps Clive with a quest to reach the Leviathan Dominant.

Even if someone doesn’t get The Rising Tides DLC, there is new content in Final Fantasy XVI for them. A new patch for the game appeared with quality of life changes and other additions. There are more photo mode options, for example, you can set skill sets for Clive, and there are new Orchestrion Rolls to collect.

Final Fantasy XVI is available for the PS5, with the Echoes of the Fallen and Rising TideDLC out now. A PC version of the game is also on the way.
