Bandai Namco announced that they’re releasing My Hero Academia: Battle for All in Japan on May 19, 2016 for Nintendo 3DS, along with some information on first-print bonuses. 
As for the first-print bonus, it includes a download code for a 3DS theme, along with two cards that can be used with the arcade game My Hero Academia: Clash! Heroes Battle.
