HIDIVE announced its Anime Expo 2023 plans, and it involves the North American premiere of five series. In one case, there’s the launch of both the original Japanese version with subtitles and the English dub. People who attend will get to see The Eminence in Shadow’s second season with English subs and dubs. Dark Gathering, Helck, Level 1 Demon Lord and One Room Hero, and The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior debuts will also appear.
Here’s the full schedule of what HIDIVE anime series will show up at Anime Expo 2023 and when. In the cases of Dark Gathering and Helck, both the first and second episodes will be shown instead of just the first one. All showings are taking place at the LA Convention Center except for Helck’s, which will be at the JW Marriott Platinum Ballroom.
- July 1, 2023 at 12:15pm PT: The Eminence in Shadow season 2 episode 1 subtitled at the LA Convention Center Main Events Hall.
- July 1, 2023 at 1:30pm PT: Helck episodes 1-2 at JW Marriott Platinum Ballroom
- July 1, 2023 at 5:30pm PT: Level 1 Demon Lord and One Room Hero episode one at LA Convention Center Room 403
- July 2, 2023 at 12pm PT: The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior episode 1 at LA Convention Center Room 403
- July 2, 2023 at 8:30pm PT: Dark Gathering episode 1-2
- July 4, 2023 at 11am PT: The Eminence in Shadow season 2 episode 1 dubbed at the LA Convention Center Petree Hall.
HIDIVE will also have a booth at the event. It will be open July 1-4, 2023. People can find it in the South Lobby at SF13. People who visit can learn more about its series. There will also be giveaways. The announcement mentioned posters and trial subscription codes for the streaming service.
