Cover and Twitch announced that there will be a Holoday event involving Hololive and Holostars Vtubers on November 20, 2025. 16 members of the company from the English and Indonesian branches will take part. Official Twitch accounts were shared for all participating members. The companies also noted that, during that day, people who watch and take part can get an emote of Motoaki “Yagoo” Tanigo.

Here’s a full list of all the people who will participate, organized by division. We may see some stream there, in addition to their usual ones on places like YouTube or Bilibili, ahead of the event.

The full event will take place all day on November 20, 2025. The front page of Twitch will also feature all the Hololive and Holostars Vtubers taking part.

This comes after multiple incidents involving staff at TwitchCon 2025 not performing duties as expected regarding both streamers and Vtubers. Following the event, Emiru explained she was assaulted at the event and security did not respond, with people sharing videos online of the incident and Emiru’s own security member responding to the incident. Twitch staff also threw out gifts fans brought for Ironmouse and other Vtubers like Henya the Genius, mistaking them for trash, and Vtubers like Chibidoki and PiaPi had issues with getting in and having a meet and greet cut short in Chibidoki’s case. Twitch CEO Dan Clancy addressed the Emiru incident and accessibility after the fact and promised updates.

The Twitch x Hololive and Holostars Holoday event will be held on November 20, 2025.
