Starting on November 27, 2025, Hololive English Justice Vtuber Raora Panthera announced she will be on break. She announced both on social media and on stream about the situation, explaining that she will be undergoing throat surgery on her vocal cords and recovering. As such, she doesn’t know exactly how long she’ll be unavailable.
One of the things Raora firmly established is that she’s not graduating. She’s only taking a break for health purposes and to ensure a proper recovery. She noted that she is going to use the time to “take proper rest.” Raora also noted that before deciding on surgery, she consulted several doctors, tried different treatment options, and attempted other resources before taking this step. She also mentioned in both her stream and social media post announcing this that being a Hololive Vtuber is her “dream.” She also stated, “Please wait for me to come back! I will fight to be stronger than ever!”

Though Raora will be going on break and spending the time recovering, she has been active leading up to it and confirmed she’ll be part of an event during that period. For example, on November 26, 2025, she continued her playthrough of Mafia: The Old Country. She also stated she’ll be part of the Anime Frontier Hololive Vtuber booth streaming event on December 13, 2025, noting she’ll “use text-to-speech or something creative” in order to participate alongside Ouro Kronii.
