Home Sweet Home Promises Thai Myths With Its VR Horrors

Thai myths and beliefs infuse the frightening moments of Home Sweet Home, an Oculus Rift puzzle horror game working its way through Steam Greenlight.

After waking up drunk, the player finds themselves in an abandoned house that is locked up tight. Players must explore and solve puzzles in order to find another way out, but a ghost is dogging their steps along the way, threatening to kill them if they don’t get out in time.

The developers promise a uniquely Thai horror aesthetic and style, with the locations based on real-world places.

While it can be played in VR, Home Sweet Home will also feature a non-VR PC mode. It is projected to release this Summer.
