Idea Factory International pinned down the release window of its Switch otome game Homura: The Crimson Warriors. Digital copies will appear everywhere in March 2026. However, there is a slight delay with the physical release. While cartridges will show up in North America in March 2026 too, they won’t appear in Europe until April 2026.
As for copies, there will be two digital options and one confirmed physical one. Physical copies will be a standard release with a copy of the game, an IFI trading card, and five art cards of the love interests Juzo Kakei, Kamanosuke Yuri, Nobushige Sanada, Sasuke Sarutobi, and Saizo Kirigakure. That will cost $49.99/€49.99/£49.99. A digital copy of the game alone will be $39.99/€39.99/£34.99, while a digital deluxe edition for $54.99/€54.99/£49.99 also includes a digital short stories collection and digital soundtrack.
This means there are three confirmed Idea Factory International otome games for the Switch in 2026, with some coming quite soon. Temirana: The Lucky Princess, after a delay, will launch in January 2026. The Birushana fan disc will also finally debut four years after the Japanese release when it appears in English next year.
Homura: The Crimson Warriors will come to the Switch digitally worldwide in March 2026, with physical copies appearing in North America that same month and showing up in Europe in April 2026.
