HoYoVerse announced on social media that another Honkai: Nexus Anima confidential beta test called the Aspect Exploration Project will be held. This sounds as though it will be smaller than the Nexus Link one held in 2025. There’s no date for it yet. The company also revealed two new anima type Honkai: Nexus Anima characters named Fyrklor and Hoggit.

In the announcement, HoYoVerse repeatedly referred to the Aspect Exploration Project as “small-scale” and “confidential.” It did confirm there will be a public recruitment process for it. This will be held in all regions, as the actual beta test will be “multilingual,” though supported languages weren’t mentioned. Platforms also weren’t noted, though the Nexus Link one appeared on iOS mobile devices and PCs. The goal for this test will involve getting feedback from players on different designs.

As for the new Honkai: Nexus Anima characters, the two anima feature matching gold, red, and white aesthetics. Fyrklor is a Strength-type character with a catlike appearance. It is white with a fiery red cape, and it wields a greatsword. Hoggit is a Satiation-type character. It looks like a red piglet wearing a white outfit with gold crown.
