HoYoVerse confirmed the release dates for the 4.0 Honkai: Star Rail update and Fortnite crossover. The new patch will appear and add new Trailblaze Missions in Planarcadia on February 13, 2026. Meanwhile, Stellaron Hunters Blade and Kafka will show up in Fortnite February 26, 2026.
The update is known as “No Aha at Full Moon” and, as expected, the Aeon Aha, path of Elation, and Masked Fools are already confirmed to play a part. There’s potentially another Stellaron to deal with as the Astral Express arrives at a new planet, and the Trailblazer and crew will try to become “An Aeon for a Minute” during the Phantasmoon Games competition. Masked Fools like Sparxie, a new version of Sparkle, will be there, and so will the IPC since it was involved in Planarcadia’s development. Blade and Silver Wolf are taking part on behalf of the Stellaron Hunters.
Some of the various banners and freebies that will be available after 4.0 starts appeared. First, the Phase 1 banners at launch will feature the new five-star Yao Guang and returning Black Swan, Evernight, and Hysilens. The Phase 2 at the halfway point will have the new Sparxie one and returning Cerydra, Rappa, and Sparkle. 10 limited banner pulls will be given away in a Gift of Odyssey login event and an additional 10 will be provided right away as a Gift Arcadia, with both able to be used on any of those phases’ banners. Everyone can get the Ruan Mei Plumblossom Letter outfit for free during this version, and when you first log in you can choose to get Acheron, Aventurine, Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae, Jing Yuan, Jingliu, Kafka, or Sparkle for free.

In the case of the Honkai: Star Rail Fortnite event, Blade and Kafka will be the two skins. Both will be sold in the shop. However, the Blade one can be gotten for free if you get Honkai: Star Rail from Epic Games Store and complete other missions. Each outfit will be available in the main game and LEGO spin-off. A special island will also open and be based on the HoYoVerse game.
Honkai: Star Rail is available for the PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and the release date for update 4.0 is February 13, 2026.
