Honkai: Star Rail Luka Moveset Detailed

Following the Kafka “Keeping Up with Star Rail” video, HoYoVerse shared one for fellow Honkai: Star Rail newcomer Luka. He’s another Nihility character, though he’s a four-star who deals physical damage. He’s now permanently a part of the character pool, though people have an increased chance of pulling him on Kafka’s banner.

Since he’s a four-star, the Owlbert introduction is a bit shorter and doesn’t involve any “guest” stars. Instead, it gets right into going over the Wildfire members’ attacks. His normal Direct Punch attack hits one enemy and deals damage. This can be enhanced by collecting stacks of Fighting Will and, if he has at least two, will change the attack to Sky-Shatter Fist to hit an enemy multiple times. The Lacerating Fist skill again hits one foe, but it might also leave the Bleed status effect. His Anticipator Technique deals damage to one foe when a fight starts, inflicts Bleed on them, and gives him a stack of Fighting Will. Finally, his Coup de Grace Ultimate deals major damage to one enemy and gives him two stacks of Fighting Will.

Honkai: Star Rail is available for PCs and mobile devices, and a PS5 version will arrive in 2023. Luka is focus character on Kafka’s banner, which is around until August 29, 2023.
