The video has another guest who throws a boomerang during a fight with an dimension crossing creature. We freeze framed the clip and took a screenshot of the character. Is it Hope in a new costume? If it is, I hope the events in Final Fantasy XIII forced him to grow up.
Director Motomu Toriyama said in a Siliconera interview almost all the main characters from Final Fantasy XIII will make an appearance in the sequel. Final Fantasy XIII-2 comes out for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in Japan this December. North America gets the game in January 2012.
