Dennaton, the creators of Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number, have revealed that the PC version of the game will be getting a beta version of its level editor on December 10th.

This beta will be available on Steam only as the forums make it easier to gather feedback, plus it’s easier to update. Initially, it will only be available for Windows but Mac and Linux versions are on the way. And now, the PlayStation versions of Hotline Miami 2 aren’t getting the level editor.

The current plan is to carry the beta of the level editor through to early January and then launch the final version after that. There are no guarantees that levels made during the beta will carry over.

More details on the level editor and its beta version can be found on the announcement post.
