How to Beat the Infinity Nikki Well of Fortune Trial

One of the most surprising parts about Infinity Nikki is how jam-packed its open-world is in terms of content. Similar to Tears of the Kingdom, there are difficult shrine and dungeon-like areas throughout the main story of this experience. One such challenging trial is the Well of Fortune Trial in Infinity Nikki.

How to Start the Well of Fortune Trial

There are some prerequisites you must first meet before you are able to tackle the Well of Fortune. You need to progress far enough into the main story until you are sent to the Well of Fortune by the mayor of Florawish to investigate this dungeon-like area. The trial contains 25 different Dews of Inspiration to collect and four Whimstars.

This is all in addition to the actual point of this dungeon, which is to restore power to the town. You’ll need the first Electrician Outfit to be able to accomplish this.

How to Beat the Infinity Nikki Well of Fortune Trial

For the most part, the Well of Fortune Trial in Infinity Nikki is a starter one as the first you do in this open-world game. As such, it is pretty linear and straightforward, even with the more open rooms. This sewer-like dungeon mostly deals with two types of mechanics: the electricity puzzles and platforming.

Platforming on its own is pretty easy: just avoid the fish monsters shooting bubbles to block your path. You can jump over them or wait until an opening. You also need to avoid falling into the sewer water or you’ll lose a heart. Now, the electricity puzzles are sprinkled throughout the dungeon. These have you rotate wire squares to match up wires with one another and help the power to pass from one side of the grid to the other to restore power. They aren’t too tough, so just take your time and you should be good.

The final challenge is the boss-like enemy at the end. Here, it is pretty much a platforming level all the way to the end of the room while dodging a ton of deadly bubbles. The key here is to take your time to jump, glide, or pass through the bubbles and reach the end to turn on the power and complete this dungeon.

Infinity Nikki is available right now for free for Android, iOS, PS5, and PC.
