The spooky Eerie Season is now available in Infinity Nikki, allowing players to continue the main story in some intriguing new ways. Players now have a plot reason to explore the abandoned castle in the southeastern corner of the Infinity Nikki world map, including the various quests that happen there like In the Depths of Night.
How to Start In the Depths of Night
To begin In the Depths of Night, you will want to first visit the Stylist Guild. It is here that Dada will tell you about the queen’s castle and the spooky nature of it. This will then direct you to speak with the investigator near the castle looking into it. This will then begin the actual In the Depths of Night quest.
That said, there is a trick here you need to know about. Even though In the Depths of Night is like a main story-adjacent quest, it is a time sensitive one as well. This quest is only available until the conclusion of the Eerie Season around March 25, 2025. You will want to do this quest before then if you want to complete this particular storyline.
How to Complete Infinity Nikki In the Depths of Night
After starting In the Depths of Night in Infinity Nikki, you will be tasked with meeting with the investigator Locke at night near the castle in the southeastern corner of the map. I won’t spoil some of the characters you meet and the events that happen, so I will just focus on what you need to do. The first objective is to take a photo using your camera of the question marks that appear just above the violin statue.
From there, here are the objectives you need to do to complete this quest:
- Follow the NPC to the sword
- Speak with the next NPC to begin the second trial of sorts
- Collect 99 Black Blings by starting with the ones around the fountain
- Then head to the marked painting and take a picture of it
- Collect more Black Blings: You can’t miss a single one or you won’t be able to continue
- Head to the next NPC at the top of the palace
- Go to the inner court entrance
From there, the quest will complete and you will be ready for the next one known as In the Lonely Song.
