How to Evolve Spread Shot to Prototype C in Vampire Survivors

The signature weapon for Lucia in Vampire Survivors Operation Guns is Spread Shot, and you can evolve that to Prototype C with the right choices. Since that’s also a way to unlock another character and helps when working to unlock the weapon for everyone, it’s highly recommended!

How do I evolve the Spread Shot to Prototype C in Vampire Survivors Operation Guns?

The first thing you need is access to Spread Shot. That happens via playing as Ariana. It opens up as a possible option for all characters when they level up if you survive for 15 minutes as her. However, for the purposes of this guide and getting to unlock the evolution, it’s best to pick Ariana right away and head to Neo Galuga.

From there, head south from the starting point to grab the Weapon Power-Up that is lying on the ground. This is the grey suitcase. It will level up the Spread Shot by one and is the first part of the evolution equation.

After that, head southwest. You’ll see the brown satchel lying on the ground that allows you to pick up one passive item. When you do that, select the Empty Tome as your free item.

From there, all you need to do is max out the level of the Spead Shot to evolve it to Prototype C in Vampire Survivors. This also unlocks Lucia and her C-U-Laser weapon. Lucia costs 2,700 gold.

Vampire Survivors and the Operation Guns DLC are available on the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PC, and mobile devices.
