How to Fix and Use Hello Kitty Island Adventure Ziplines

As you visit the island chain in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, you’ll come across ziplines. However, none of them can be used. If you try to flip the switch, it will say you need to find someone who knows how to use it. That person is Chococat, but you need to get Pochacco involved first.

How to fix and use Hello Kitty Island Adventure

The first thing you need to do in order to repair and use the Hello Kitty Island Adventure ziplines is befriend Pochacco. He enjoys healthy items, like the tofu you get from giving gifts to Hello Kitty or the Spinips you can find in Spooky Swamp. Doing daily quests tied to him also helps. Once you have a Level 4 friendship with Pochacco, talk to him to start “A Zipline Adventure.” The two of you will head to Chococat to consult with him.

Chococat says the ziplines need power to run. That means you need one Spark for each one to get it working again. He’ll give you the Spark Crafting Plans. You now need to get three Light Stones to make a Spark at the Crafting Table. Kuromi gives these to you in exchange for gifts, so you might already have them in your inventory. (I did.)

Once you have the Spark, head up to the Resort Plaza zipline. Interact with the switch, and Chococat and Pochacco will join up with you. Together, you’ll all fix the Hello Kitty Island Adventure zipline and use it. After that, getting more Sparks and finding new ziplines lets you unlock them. Though since you can sometimes find Sparks in treasure chests, you won’t always need to get more Light Stones from Kuromi to craft them. You can then use both ziplines and the Fast Travel Mailboxes to move more quickly around the island.

Hello Kitty Island Adventure is available for Apple device and Mac owners via Apple Arcade.
