We noticed players having issues with this bug around the launch of Season 3, but any major update can cause this problem to occur. Instead of loading the game normally, a black screen will appear, and nothing else will happen.
Worse still, players note that restarting the game and their platform doesn’t help with this issue in the slightest. It just keeps popping up and preventing them from playing.
