The Emperor Arcana Persona, King Frost, is one of the most iconic Personas in the series. Here’s how to fuse King Frost in Persona 3 Reload.
Persona 3 Reload King Frost fusion recipe
Before you can fuse King Frost in Persona 3 Reload, you must have unlocked its fusion recipe. To do this, you need to complete Elizabeth Request 24, which tasks you with creating a Persona that’s level 23 or above. This request unlocks on 6/13 (June 13).
To fuse King Frost, you must be at least level 30, though with the Personas I had on hand, I had to be level 34. I could use the below Personas to fuse King Frost in the Velvet Room:
- Queen Medb + Power.
- Lamia + Matador.
Your Emperor Arcana rank (Hidetoshi Odagiri) will determine how much of an EXP boost King Frost gets upon fusion.
How to complete Elizabeth Request 24 “Create a Persona that’s level 23 or above”
First, to fuse a level 23 Persona, you must be at least level 23, which you should be anyway by June 13. Head to the Velvet Room in Paulownia Mall or the Tartarus entrance hall. Click the “Fuse Personas” option and select “Dyad Fusion.” Then use one of the below Persona fusions to make a level 23+ Persona:
- Naga + Rakshasa = Take-Mikazuchi (level 23).
- Gurulu + Naga = Shiisaa (level 23).
- Zouchouten + Naga = Narcissus (level 23).
- Berith + Naga = Mithras (level 24).
- Neko Shogun + Gurulu = Yatagarasu (level 24).
- Shiisaa + Mitra = Lamia (level 25).
Exit the Velvet Room and speak to Elizabeth outside. Select Request 24 while you have the level 23+ Persona in your party, and the quest will be completed. Elizabeth will give you the Sugar Key as a reward, which unlocks the King Frost fusion recipe.
