One of the main Robin Ascension Materials in HSR is the IPC Work Permit. This is from the new Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Duty, which you can access from Clock Studios Theme Park in Penacony.

As you can imagine from the name of the material, you’ll need to fight IPC enemies. To be more specific, you’ll face off against two Grunts and a Senior Staff: Team Leader. You should bring Fire, Ice, and Imaginary characters for an easier time.

Here are all Robin Ascension Materials in Honkai: Star Rail

Ascension 1:

  • 5 Dream Collection Components
  • 4000 Credits

Ascension 2:

  • 10 Dream Collection Components
  • 8000 Credits

Ascension 3:

  • 6 Dream Flow Valves
  • 3 IPC Work Permits
  • 16,000 Credits

Ascension 4:

  • 9 Dream Flow Valves
  • 7 IPC Work Permits
  • 40,000 Credits

Ascension 5:

  • 6 Dream Making Engines
  • 20 IPC Work Permits
  • 80,000 Credits

Ascension 6:

  • 9 Dream Making Engines
  • 35 IPC Work Permits
  • 160,000 Credits

In total, in order to fully ascend Robin, you’ll need to farm: 15 Dream Collection Components, 15 Dream Flow Valves, 15 Dream Making Engines, 65 IPC Work Permits, and 308,000 Credits. As mentioned earlier, you can get IPC Work Permits from the Shape of Duty Stagnant Shadow in Penacony.

In order to unlock it, you’ll need to first finish the 2.2 story and then visit the Stagnant Shadow in Clock Studios Theme Park. The game also lets you access it early, so you can build Robin without needing to go through the story first. As for the Dream materials, enemies from the Dreamjolt Troupe drop them. These enemies are quite common around Penacony’s various maps.

All Robin Trace Materials in HSR

In order to level up a single non-Basic Attack Trace for Robin, you’ll need:

  • 9 Dream Collection Components
  • 13 Dream Flow Valves
  • 7 Dream Making Engines
  • 3 Firmament Notes
  • 15 Celestial Sections
  • 30 Heavenly Melodies
  • 3 Past Evils of the Borehole Planet Disaster
  • 2 Tracks of Destiny
  • 652,500 Credits

You can get Firmament Notes and other Harmony materials from the Crimson Calyx in the Dreamscape version of The Reverie. The Past Evils of the Borehole Planet Disaster item is available from the Echo of War in the Seclusion Zone.

When leveling up Robin’s Traces, her Ultimate is her highest priority before her Skill and her Talent. While her Skill and Talent are useful to buff the rest of the party, Robin’s Ultimate makes up the bulk of her play style.

Honkai: Star Rail is now available on PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. You can only pull for Robin when the “Just Intonation” banner is live.
