How to Redeem FFXIV Dawntrail Mac or PC Registration Code

With the early access for Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail ongoing, it is only a matter of time until it comes to an end. At that point, it doesn’t matter how you have gotten in the story, as you will need to redeem the full FFXIV Dawntrail registration code on Mac or PC to keep playing.

How do I redeem the FFXIV Dawntrail registration code on a PC or Mac

The full expansion registration code is completely separate from the early access code you received. That particular code is only for pre-order bonuses. As such, you should receive a full expansion code at some point, if you haven’t already. This code will be a 20-digit one.

Once you have your code, do the following steps:

• Head to the Mogstation
• Log in with your account
• Click on the Dawntrail registration option
• (Alternatively) Click on “Additional Expansions”
• Pick your platform
• Insert your code to redeem

Note that you will have to redeem your FFXIV Dawntrail registration code on PC or Mac to keep playing. If you don’t, you run the risk of not being able to access the new areas and everything else. Registration codes started going out on June 24, 2024. This is still an ongoing process, but you might have it now.

Regardless, you can start redeeming the codes beginning on Monday, July 1, 2024. Essentially by the time you are reading this, you can redeem the code right now on the Mogstation. The catch here is you will want to complete this process by July 5, 2024. This is because the early access period ends then. If you don’t redeem your code by then, you won’t be able to keep playing the Dawntrail content until you do, even if you were in early access.
