How to Romance Cecilia in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life

Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life features a handful of characters players can romance and marry, one of which being Cecilia, a local farmhand in Forgotten Valley. In this new version of a classic, anyone can romance any available option, which means we can romance Cecilia regardless of gender. Which is great! Because she’s a fantastic love interest, even if the characters in A Wonderful Life are a bit barren in comparison to more modern farming simulators. However, this doesn’t mean she isn’t a great character, as she’s absolutely one of the best love interests in the game.

How do I romance Cecilia in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life?

Cecilia is one of the easiest characters to romance in  Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life by far, with the player able to reach a total of four hearts by the end of Spring, if not sooner. (I got her to that point without any effort.)

Here are the best items to give to Cecilia, and items to avoid, if you want to romance her in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life:

  • Loves: Goddess Drops (Flower), Cooked Meals (Any)
  • Likes: Flowers (Any), Vegetables (Any), Animal Products (including Eggs), and Moon Ore.
  • Dislikes: Fossils

Forgotten Valley has a plethora of wild flowers around all seasons with the exception of Winter. Goddess Drops are a great gift for Cecilia, and they are found close to Vesta’s Farm, which is where she lives. These flowers are a blue-ish purple with slightly drooping bulbs. Again, any kind of flower will do, but Cecilia seems to be the most receptive to these especially. Crops grown on your farm are also something she enjoys.

Overall, much like Molly, she is a relatively easy character to romance. That doesn’t mean that she isn’t any less interesting than the other romance options available in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life.

Where can I find Cecilia in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life?

Cecilia often hangs out on Vesta’s Farm. This is found by heading south from your own farm and crossing the bridge. You’ll be here a lot, since this is where you will buy seeds for your crops. She can be found outside or inside one of the two buildings on the farm. Either way, she’s very easy to locate and is even wandering Vesta’s Farm during the early hours of the day. This means that you don’t need to wait for any establishment to open in order to talk to Cecilia.

How do I check my romance level with Cecilia in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life?

Vesta’s house has two levels. Celia lives on the second floor, and on the second floor you can check your romance level with her in her diary. However, since Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life is an updated version of the original game, you can also check this via your in-game menu through the “Residents” section. However, an easy way to see if Cecilia is ready to accept your proposal once you’ve obtained a Blue Feather, which is automatically obtained in Spring of the first year, is by checking in her room upstairs. If there are a total of four hearts, all of which are red, when you check her desk, this means that you can propose.

Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life is available for the Switch, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC.
