How to Solve the Fountain Puzzle in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle

In Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, players are tasked with solving the “Fountain Puzzle” to unlock a hidden passageway beneath the Fountain of Confession. This guide provides a step-by-step solution to the entire Fountain Puzzle, including The Baptism and Ark of Bulrush segments.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Fountain Puzzle Part 1: The Baptism

To begin solving the Fountain Puzzle in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, pull the lever underneath the fountain to reveal “The Baptism” side of the structure. Then, approach the statue of the child in the basin and push him into place.

With the child in place, use your whip to pull the chain above the statue of the man with a bucket. Once the bucket is full of water, push the statue of the man to pour the water into the basin.

When the basin is filled, the structure will return to its original position, and the statue on the right side of the gate will shift.

Fountain Puzzle Part 2: The Ark of Bulrushes Rotations

After solving The Baptism section of the Fountain Puzzle, hop down and pull the lever again. This causes the structure to rotate to the “The Ark of Bulrushes” side. To complete this section, you need to move the stones to move the wood and create a safe path for the boat.

To begin, touch the bottom stone and rotate it to left twice to drop a piece of wood to the bottom. If done correctly, the puzzle will look like the screenshot above. You can reset the puzzle by restarting your checkpoint in the menu if you mess up.

Next, touch the middle stone and rotate it to the left once. Now, move down to the bottom stone and rotate it right once.

Finally, rotate the top stone to the left twice to drop the last piece of wood and clear the path. Use your whip on the right chain to pull the boat across and solve the Ark of Bulrushes puzzle.

Once the Ark of Bulrushes is complete, the structure will rotate again and lock the angel statue into place. To complete the Fountain Puzzle and continue your adventure in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, simply push the child statue to unlock the spiral staircase. Good luck out there!
