Season of the Deep’s signature Title is “Aquanaut” in Destiny 2. To earn it, you will have to put in some hard work. Here’s how to unlock it for your Guardian.

How do I unlock the ‘Aquanaut’ Title in Destiny 2?

There are 10 Season of the Deep Triumphs that you must earn before the “Aquanaut” Title will unlock for you in Destiny 2. They are as follows:

  • Weekly Wetwork: Complete all six weeks of the “Into the Depths” seasonal quest.
  • Challenges Accepted: Unlock all 10 Seasonal bonuses by completing Seasonal Challenges.
  • Echo Relocation: Reset your vendor rank at the Sonar Station by completing level 16.
  • Reprised Reckoning: Defeat enemies with Season of the Deep weapons.
  • Big Fish: Defeat Azshradat, Celebrant of Xivu Arath and Uorgotha, Scourge of the Deep in Salvage.
  • Down the Drain: Defeat J4W-S, Wrathborn Servitor, Kudazad, Bound to Xivu Arath, and Kelgorath, Taken from Bonus in Deep Dives.
  • Pressurized Deep: Complete a Deep Dive with each Pressure Trial active.
  • Quantity Over Quality: Catch fish at a Fish Pond.
  • Ambitious Angler: Catch Exotic fish at a Fish Pond.
  • Something Wicked This Way Comes: Defeat the Omen Tormentor and earn the Wicked Implement Exotic Scout Rifle.

Once you’ve successfully earned each of the Season of the Deep Triumphs, you’ll be able to claim the “Aquanaut” Title in the Season of the Deep section of the Titles menu in Destiny 2. Note that you only have until August 22, 2023, at 10am PT/1pm ET to get the Title before the season is archived.
