People who use their PlayStation 4s as a media hub will find one service now offers more options. Hulu + Live TV is now available on the system, and its official website is now available. People who pay $54.99 per month will get both the ability to watch over 65 channels live and stream shows and movies from its existing library. No additional app is needed, as all someone has to do is use the current Hulu PlayStation 4 app to begin using a Hulu + Live TV subscription.

Here are some of the channels PlayStation 4 owners will have access to if they begin a Hulu + Live TV subscription:

  • A&E
  • ABC
  • Animal Planet
  • Cartoon Network
  • CBS
  • CW
  • Disney Channel
  • ESPN
  • Food Network
  • Fox
  • Freeform
  • FX
  • FXX
  • History
  • National Geographic
  • NBC
  • Pop
  • SyFy
  • TBS
  • TCM
  • Telemundo
  • USA
  • Vice

However, $54.99 is only the starting price for the service. Should people want some additional options, like Spanish-language versions of channels like CNN or Discovery, or premium channels like HBO and Starz, that is an additional fee. For example, HBO is $14.99, Showtime is $10.99, Cinemax is $9.99, Starz is $8.99, and the Spanish channel add-on is $4.99.

This comes after PlayStation Vue service ended on January 30, 2020. That was Sony’s first-party live TV offering.
